In fact my work mates gave me this nickname - "mouth - spare", every time

Hello !
I think it's great that John is doing this task. They have shown to be a
good musical couple in concerts and I love their sound. YLS was getting
very close to what I think it's the perfect Melissa sound. I hear the Never
Enough (my favorite album so far) influences in YLS and I'm expecting a
wonderful new album. So to me it's good news John is doing the co-producing.
I will go for November 6th as release date of the new sweetheart :-)). Maybe
it is because of the 6th album and maybe because it's because I really don't
know :-))
Everybody who hasn't had a go at our new large dutch traderspage is missing
something. You can find it at:
http://www.geocities.com/SunsetStrip/Amphitheatre/8010/
If the release date of her new album is January and she will tour Europe
first again what date will she start then approximatly. Can anybody do a
prediction out of experience. My opinion is that the melissa worldtour
normally starts 2 months after the album release. That would mean that she
starts it early March right? Has she ever done "try-out" concerts before
releasing an album? And will she do a few concerts the last months of this
year? I hope to plan some dates in my schedule to see Melissa in the states
soon. I really miss her gigs.
Have a great weekend !
Marcel.

Hi ya'll-
Creeping out of the shadows to make my first post and say I'm really
bummed about the Shanks-producer thing, too. It's just my opinion, but
it was her early work that had such a profound impact and influence on
me, and though I like some of the newer stuff, it's not the same. I
miss Kevin and his influence desperately. In fact, I really miss that
whole original band with Fritz and Bernie. *sigh* "Kevin, play me
something like you just were playing...." And, since I'm getting things
off my chest, I miss ME in her blue jeans and boots, too. But while I
feel nostalgic for the old days, I'll be a huge fan 'til the end!! She
still rocks my world and I can't wait for the new album!!

25 people, we get to buy the tickets today...

Okay, how about (The Artist Formerly Known As)Prince, Helen Hunt, Michael J.

All I have to say is, First Splash is this Sunday at the lake, and since no

Hi All,
I just had to voice my opinion on the upcoming album that Melissa has in the
works. I personally am looking forward to the new CD. The fact that John
Shanks is co-producing does not stifle my enthusiasm for the new CD or for
the tours that I hope will follow. I am one of the few who think that
Melissa and John work well together ( I know that many of you out there do
not like John for your own reasons). I enjoy their stage presence. I also
think that John is talented and that he adds and does not subtract from
Melissa's performance. Although being the fan that I am, I would go see

there's a thought.
I am happy for Julie and Melissa with the news of their new arrival. I

Subject: *etheridge* Julie's sign?
WHile we're discussing the astological make up of the Cyperidge household
and have established that MLE is Gemini, the new tike will either be a
scopio or Sagitatius (unless *very* late/early) and Bailey is an Aquarian
- -what is Julie?
Here's hoping that one of the toddlers picks up one of MLE guitars and her
passion - though I can see it coming from a Scop or even a Sagitarius more
than an Aquarius - maybe Bailey will go into Julie's more visual medium
(sterotypically Aquanians are supposed to be one of the most artistic
signs) Of course maybe they'll both grow up to be doctors and laywers :o)
As long as they're healthy and happy and they know they have 2 mums that
love them nothing else really matters.
Here's to a healthy baby and an easy birth :)
LOve, peace and Rock'n'roll
Joanna
PS NO offence to any star sign present on this list was meant at all by
this post -Aquarian's can be passionate and Scops can damn well be what
ever they wish! My star sign has not yet been meantioned and I'll not
going to tell you - but anyone is welcome to hazard a guess....

Hello everybody!!
I will give November the 17th, as the day set for a new baby at Melissa's,
Julie's and (big) sister Bailey Jean's house.
I can't say way, but I have to pick a day in Nov. and that's the one.
Something for the Dutch Melissa and/of Ellen fans,
Yesterday I was surprised to see on Veronica that they will start with
Ellen again! It's Tuesdaynight about 23.50u, okay it's "late in the evening"
but it's Something!
I hope that they will pick up where they have stopped last year.
Finally they, maybe, have listened to some peoples voices the last couple
of months.
Now praying that they DON'T stop after a couple of weeks.
That's all for now,
Pat the Dutch.

Well I can certainly sympathise with you there - and *envy* you since it was
*my* girlfriend you were probably out with!! Hi Jud - it's Sarah! Thanks for
looking after Kate so well.
Well, it's been a while since I posted and it's good to be back.
But someone please tell me that we've now exhausted all the dates in
November....

Julie is a Virgo...
I asked MLE directly in the MEIN chatroom... I was curious because I am a Gemini who is passionately in LOVE with a Taurus.... The way MLE writes of her love for Julie mirrors much what I feel...she had once said that Julie is the rock.......in her sea (MLE). I just wanted to know so I asked her.
chile.

LOL! Which old Melissa...the one with the awful bangs or the one with crazy
blue eye shadow? (Ok, RealFans(tm), when and what albums did those fashion
tragedies occur?) Or wait, are you referring to the time she did the 80's
thing and wore vaccuum cleaner O-rings for bracelets? Personally, if her stuff
would fit well, I'd like it but her pants, be it leopard skin, jeans, or
leather, never seem to "hang" right. Maybe she's got a low rise? Forget the
water, somebody bring her some Levi's!

A big sarcastic, "Ooooh, aren't YOU special?" Just kidding. MEIN should

sorry. That was uncalled for. I have ordered stuff from MEIN a long time ago

Subject: *etheridge* From Lilith to Lilith Fair -- Book
Hey everyone,
I haven't heard it mentioned so I though I would. I just checked out
the Lilith site and found info on a book to come out on June 19th. Here's
the description from the web site...
The book From Lilith to Lilith
Fair explores how the most
successful concert tour of 1997,
the all-woman Lilith Fair, came
to pass. Tracing Lilith's roots
from the Monterey Pop festival
in the sixties, to the Michigan
Womyn's Music festival and on
to Lollapalooza in the 90s, the
book provides a thoughtful
discussion of what is at the root of this blossoming
cultural phenomenon. Through extensive interviews
with the performers on Lilith Fair, author Buffy
Childerhose tells the story of Lilith: how the event was
conceived, the performer's reactions, and the impact
the tour has had on the role of women in music.
Historical profiles include: Artemisia Gentileschi,
Countess Ada Lovelace, E.Pauline Johnson
(Tekahionwake), Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Emma
Goldman, Hannah Senesh, Hildegarde of Bingen,
Hypatia, Lise Meitner, Mary Wollstonecraft, Murasaki
Shukibu, Nellie McClung, Rani Lakshmibai, Rosa Parks,
Sojourner Truth, and Trung Trac and Trung Nhi.
Street date for From Lilith to Lilith Fair is June 19.

One word: Archives. I suggested a mere couple of weeks ago (when I
posted the list guidelines) that folks who are new to the list might want to
peruse the archives accessable via the list page at:
http://www.ecw.ca/mle/
While Andrea's message might seem harsh to someone who hasn't been
on the list for very long, those who understand the joke are most likely
not offended by her statements. MLE's sense of fashion has long been
a running commentary on this list, and MLE herself has, in the past,
commented on her own fashion sense (or lack thereof).
There are several long-running jokes on the list, of which this is one.
There are bound to be others pop up from time-to-time, so I would ask
that before anyone takes *too* much offense, consider that the poster
might not be writing in a literal sense. Another suggestion would be to
*privately* email the author, explain that you're confused by their post,
and, as in this case, s/he would probably be more than happy to explain.

This doesn't have anything to do with MLE, but I thought I'd ask
anyway. Did anyone hear that a principal in Tennessee cancelled
another Indigo Girls concert? He said it had nothing to do with the
fact that they were lesbians. He said it was because Amy Ray had,
once, used the F-word at a concert. After Ray heard this she
personally phoned the principal of the school and said she would not
use foul language. Yet, the principal still cancelled the concert.
Not to do with there lesbianism- my butt!

Yup... like I said - that's what I paid. I've only had time to listen to it
once all the way through, but I thought it was worth it... bits and pieces
of her life from 93-95. The only thing about it I didn't really like was
Kristy Knight's voice, which began to grate on my nerves from the time she
opened her mouth - and got progressively more irritating as the minutes
ticked off... just my opinion.
As far as the baby birthing pool goes, put me down for the 12th. And if
anyone else picked that day - you have extremely good taste .
BTW, did anyone happen to see Rosie today w/ Paula Cole and notice who her
bass player was? Yup, you guessed it. Also, I think (but I just caught the
tail end of this so I'm not sure) I heard on the radio the other day that
Kenny Aronoff will be the drummer on tour for the Smashing Pumpkins? Maybe
he's recording with them? Did anyone else hear about this?

i was out of the office yesterday, so i just noticed that MEIN
has updated their "news" page with a couple of items.
first, if you go to http://fanasylum.com/melissa/main.html,
they've set up a hyperlink to send messages of congratulations
to the happy family. or, in the alternative, you could just mail
your messages to [email protected]
second, if you are planning to celebrate MLE's birthday in some
special fashion, tell MEIN because they'll include it on their
MLE birthday tribute page (coming soon).

Subject: *etheridge* Headline News: very brief glimpse of MLE and JC
last night while i was flipping channels during the commercial
breaks during Comedy Central's broadcast of "The Princess Bride"
("have fun storming the castle!"), i landed upon Headline News (a
cable news channel), which was just beginning a segment on
alternative families as depicted in TV and movies.
after mentioning examples of alternative families such as in the
new movie, "The Object of My Affection", and the TV show,
"Friends", i spotted a brief glimpse of MLE and JC in a string
of real life alternative family situations, such as madonna's,
rosie's, and jodie's.
it was probably about 2 seconds long, at most.

most definitely! it's excellent. i was even *more* intrigued
about the goings-on behind kevin's departure after listening to
MLE's interview.

and mine, as well. i found kristy to be rather gushing in her
interview. it's clear she's a fan, but it got to be a bit much.

kenny's touring with the smashing pumpkins, but he did do some
recording with MLE back in march. check out his site at

Subject: *etheridge* MLE-related tidbits from EW's interview with ellen degeneres
here are a couple of *slightly* MLE-related tidbits (well, she's
mentioned!) from Entertainment Weekly's interview with ellen
degeneres (available online only). i snagged these from the
"ellen" list.
By Jess Cagle
EW: Let's start with the latest rumor - that your girlfriend
Anne Heche is pregnant.
Ellen: I don't think she's pregnant. We've talked about it. It
might happen. Kathy Najimy's baby is my godchild, and Melissa
[Etheridge] and Julie [Cypher]'s kid is just precious. But we are
so selfish with our time right now. As adorable as a child is,
it's not a puppy that you can leave and go to a movie, and you
can't just hang out in your bedroom and not open the door for
awhile. I would love to raise a child, and I think that we'd be
great parents....
- - snip -
EW: Let's talk about your show. You did something no one had
ever done before - coming out and making your show's lead
character gay.
Ellen: It's always hard if you work for a big corporation,
whatever work you do. It's gonna be hard, and there are risks.
Melissa's done it, k.d. lang's done it, Elton John's done it -
musicians. But I think that it's different when you're on
television. Doing it on television, having to depend on 10 to 20
million people a week tuning in to watch you, that's a lot riskier
than if you're a musician. If you sell five million albums,
that's a good thing. You don't have to sell them every single
week. And also they're not looking at you; they're just listening
to the music, and they can kind of forget [the gayness] because
the sexuality is not in their face....

So long, 'Ozzie and Harriet'
Nuclear families no longer dominate cinema, TV
May 5, 1998
Web posted at: 3:45 p.m. EDT (1545 GMT)
From Correspondent Ron Tank
HOLLYWOOD (CNN) -- It seems the nuclear family has gone
the way of the Cold War -- at least, according to the creators
behind the shows and movies entertaining millions of Americans
today.
From the silver screen to the small screen, the traditional
family of Mom, Dad, and 2.3 kids has given way to an updated
version: divorced couples, gay significant others, and, of
course, their offspring.
For proof, viewers need look no further than the current
entertainment fare. In the Twentieth Century Fox flick "The
Object of My Affection," Jennifer Anniston plays a pregnant woman
in love with a gay man.
And Anniston's TV sitcom "Friends" features two unconventional
families.
- - snip -
'It's a good thing'
Do these type of relationships simply offer more interesting plot
lines, or are these cases of art imitating life?
"There are many unconventional families in the '90s," Mary Murphy
of "TV Guide" said. "I think it's a good thing that television
is doing this. It sensitizes people to the fact that there are
other choices and that people are making them."
And it could lead to life imitating art.
"By putting it on the screen, with millions of people seeing it, it
becomes the norm and it influences people to have that kind of
lifestyle," media psychiatrist Carol Lieberman says.
Celebrities are certainly making their own lifestyle choices.
Melissa Etheridge and her partner, Julie Cypher, are expecting a
second child. Jodie Foster is an expectant single mom, and
Madonna's already there. Rosie O'Donnell has adopted two children.

Just a question: what shall we name the baby?? I have told my fiance
that I get to name all the girls, and he can name the boys anything he
wants to, as long as it's Joachim. My daughter's name will be Kyrie
Eleison (yes, like the Mr. Mister song....)
I hated the name my mom gave me (how many Julie's can you have in one
family anyhow??? There are 4 (including me) in mine!) So I wasnt unusual
names, but one's with some meaning. Kyrie Eleison is Latin (i think) for
"Lord Have Mercy," and I forget what Joachim means, but it is also
German/Hebrew.

Hey there,
Did "Ozzie and Harriet" every really exist except on our television
screens? Who has ever had a parents that actually operated in such a
fashion?? In the time period when the show appeared on the air, censorship
was to an extent that married couples on tv could not even share the same
bed...could not kiss for longer then 3 seconds...is that how couples really
worked then? If so how did we get so many kids out of that generation? No
family has ever been able to solve problems in 27 minutes, and still all love
each other in the end. So, do we really have couples like seen on "Ellen" or
"Mad About You". Yes, they still get most of their problems fixed in 27
minutes, but do you think you might know someone like them? It may not be
exactly like real life, but was 'Ozzie and Harriet' anywhere close???

NMEC:
I just wanted to share this with all of YOU, it is something I think we all
must think about!
Taken from The Advocate:
"I'm saddened and appalled by Alveda Celeste King's comment
"Homosexuality cannot be elevated to the civil rights issue....God hates
homosexuality" [Quote, Unquote, March 31]. I wonder what her uncle would
think. King needs to take a step back in history and comtemplate where her
people would be had this opinion held water during the civil rights movement.
I'm sure that there were thousands of people who thought African-Americans'
rights shouldn't be elevated to the civil rights issue and who also
thoughtthat God hates blacks.
"Hate from nonminority factions is loathsome. Hate from a minority faction,
especially from someone who knows firsthand the damage hate can cause, is
unforgivable."
Eric A.
Ziegler, Santa Maria, Calif.
"Though I didn't personally know Martin Luther King Jr. (and, obviously,
neither did his niece, judging by the ignorance of her comment), I'm sure that
if he were alive today, he would say that we should not judge people by the
construct of their physicality (a.ka. "color of their skin") but rather by
thecontent of their character."
G.B.Jones, Princeton, N.J.
These were some letters that give food for thought. If this is any example
of the way Homosexuality is viewed by so called loving religious people, then
we as gays and lesbians have alot of work to do with building bridges of
communication between ourselves and other groups whether they be ethnic,
political or just our neighbors next door. Being in love with a black
lesbian, I have seen first hand the prejudice andthe hatred. I will do all
that I can as a person to help alleviate this horrid dis-ease called HATE!
Anyone Care To Join Me?
LOVE AND PEACE

let me know one way or the other whether you are still interested in

I'll be placing the order on May 19th. Since the intended order date
was the 15th and that's the start of our first summer long weekend
here in Canada I've decided to leave it until the following Tuesday
which should give everyone plenty of time to send the money orders.

Canadian locations, $1.80 to US locations and $2.60 to all other

For those of you who are interested, but a'bit leary about ordering this

know of a source as well where this particular interview cd can be obtained

For more info, please feel free to email me. Perhaps we can work out a trade!

How about actually purchasing the compilation album? I assume that
you're referring to MLE's cover of TWIM. Unless it's appeared on more
than one compilation album, you've got a copy of the "Ain't Nuthin' But A
She Thang" version of TWIM. This CD was recorded in order to benefit
breast cancer research and/or patient programs. The only other place
you'll find a copy of MLE's cover (that I know of) would be a boot of the
"Roots of Rock-n-roll" show.

Who caught Ellen's interview on Primetime last night (5/6)? I don't
usually post to comment on this kind of thing, but I wanted to say I
applaud her honesty. I happened to be friends with a woman who spent
some time with Ellen many years ago in New Orleans, who told me Ellen
would never "come out" because of the damage it would do to her career.
Listening to her speak last night about the tipping of the scales in her
life from protecting her fame to protecting her happiness was wonderful.
I have to admit, although it was cool to see the kinds of day to day
troubles some of us actually endure, played out on prime time TV every
week, it did start to lose something in the way of humor. It really
wasn't quite as funny as it was over the first 4 years, IMHO. But I sat
dedicated every week to see what new story I could relate to.
I'm very sad to see her show end, but me thinks we have not seen/heard
the last of Ms. DeGeneres. She is an unwitting-turned-resolute pioneer,
and I respect her for what she has done.

Well I'm not sure I'm looking to see the condition of my toes :-)
I can say I'm alittle confused as to how I'm an unfamilar company and
you're not? The company I'm dealing with owns the CD I think their
familiar and trustworthy. As for the wait - I don't have the
resources to pre pay for 50 Cd's and wait for ppl to send me their
money. I thought that running this the same way as the shirts would
work well.
I would like to point out that these CD are all originals still
sealed not a computer generated CD-R. Not that the sound quality is
any different but there are ppl who prefer the originals.
Of course anyone would rather deal with Kay please feel free. I'm
not making money on this just trying to help out listers and would
like to have it run as smoothly as possible.
If by chance you have already been in touch with me and decide to use
Kay's resources please, PLEASE let me know...I have a list here and
would like to keep it accurate.

Hi there,
I aplaude Ellen's honesty too, but you have to guide the the typical
viewer slowly, and at the same time keep the humor you began with. I think
with all the emotion she was feeling finally being able to say yes am, she
lost the humor, and said to the public here I am like it or not, and in
the process she lost her audience. Please do get me wrong i'm for freedom
of choice, but I think she just over done things alittle.
Play safe & rock hard

Kelly, Kelly, Kelly!
I just love your (last) name!
I enjoyed reading your post and I agree with you a lot!
My girlfriend and I were watching the interview last night and that's
similar to what I was saying. Some of the "in" jokes were funny (in a way),
but to most people out there watching they were totally cryptic!
I think many GAY people may not have gotten some of the jokes and
references. I found myself laughing, just cause I've heard a lot of the
cliche's, etc.- but to the average person, no way. Sometimes my SO had no
clue what I was laughing at and I had to explain stuff to her...
I admire Ellen a LOT for everything she has done, but some of her actions
and comments I disagree with. I am sad the show's going off, and when she
started crying/getting choked up last night, so did I. :-(((( Plus, the
comments from Elton John and Chastity were kind of sad too.
Does anyone else agree with me the ABC "executive", Iger, was a total
pompous jerk? Wow- I don't think he represented himself/ABC well at all!
Anyway, that's all my spouting on the subject...
Take care guys-
Renee' (in Dallas, who notices that FF '98 is less than a month away!)
p.s. Anne was great supporting Ellen and they make an adorable couple, but I
can't STAND to hear her speak- her voice KILLS me...
p.s.s. Just to throw in my prediction for the baby- November 8, 8 pounds, 8
ounces...
BYE GUYS!!!!

I also applaud Ellen's honesty in last night's interview. And I thought
last night's interview was very well done.
And I have to agree that yes, she did come on too strong in some of her
shows and maybe she did lose the humor after she came out. I just wish
the show wasn't going off the air next week. I will miss it.

Subject: *etheridge* E!'s "Howard Stern": LDP, JC, and MLE
i managed to catch LDP's appearance on last night's Howard Stern
show on E!. as expected, HS had LDP recount the story of JC
leaving him for MLE. LDP's interview was interspersed with
several shots of MLE and JC appearing at various events.
the 2 things that were news to me were:
1) according to LDP, JC told LDP 20 minutes before he was due to
report to the movie set (he didn't state which movie) that she
had slept with MLE. initially, they tried to patch things up,
but it didn't work out.
2) LDP stated that he and JC don't talk anymore, because of his
past appearance on HS's show. JC called LDP up after his
appearance, and LDP characterized her call as "patronizing",
because she said [paraphrased], "I can't believe he [HS] made
you say such things...if you ever need to talk about this...",
etc. LDP's view was that JC was being hypocritical since she
had left him for MLE, and that's why LDP is asked about their
breakup. while they used to talk, LDP and JC do not keep in
touch any longer.
one thing that LDP said that cracked me up (but i didn't catch it
on tape - damn!) was when HS asked LDP if MLE was using "come to
my window" as "code" to JC. LDP replied [paraphrased], "No, it
was probably 'back door.'" LOL!
it reminded me of the "come through my heating duct" discussion we
had on the list around YLS' release. ;-)

Good lord Rhondda, you really know how to turn up the heat and apply
pressure. I, for one, wish I was at the event but real life does step
in at times. I will try and catch the local newscasts to see if
anything is offered up.
This message will self-destruct in the time it takes to MLE to scream
"Tellllllll me..."

Damn! I was supposed to be in NYC tonight for the Loreena McKennitt

from four glorious days in Toronto and will head to Chicago this coming

Hmmm...let's see...if I leave work *now* and charter a lear into JFK, I can
probably still make the LM show *and* stake out the Hilton. Maybe with a
tad bit more persuading from the wrong--er--the left coast, I could be on
my way.

No doubt. Sounds like things have become bitter between the three of
them (from LDP jamming w/MLE to spilling w/HS). I seem to remember
LDP being pissed at JC and MLE, however, for exactly the same reason
they are supposedly pissed at him now...wagging tongues and maybe
some "enhancing" of the facts during interviews.

Subject: *etheridge* Delurking for a moment...
This is a bible quiz for everyone... Please read this paragraph
carefully and find all of the things in it that are a sin, according to
the bible... You'll get my point...
An engineering professor is treating her husband, a loan officer, to
dinner for finally giving in to her pleas to have off his scraggly beard
he grew on vacation. His favorite restaurant is a casual place where
they both feel comfortable in slacks and cotton/polyester blend golf
shirts. But, as always, she wears the gold and pearl pendant he have
her the day her divorce decree was final. They're laughing over their
menus because they know he always ends up diving into a giant plate of
pork ribs, but she won't be talked into anything more fattening than
shrimp.
OK.. can you guess all the sins? There are 12 of them.
1) wife is treating the husband
2) she is not wearing a dress
3) adultery (she got a divorce, they must have been having an affair
because she got the pendant for her divorce present...)
6) gluttony
7) she has a job teaching men
8) women can't wear gold and/or pearls
9) can't eat shell fish
10)illegal to make loans (he's a loan officer)
11) no multi-fabric clothing
12) no pork
Well, according to this, we're all probably going to hell. If we
followed everything in the Bible word for word, we would never be having
any fun... So, those people who verify their hatred for homosexuals
through the Bible should take another look at their own lives and leave
us the heck alone.
V.

Lol. Thanks for putting a'little humor in my day! Also, thanks for your
kindness ... I thought for sure that my post would be taken with offense. I'm
just the type of person that likes to offer my services and help out as much
as I can.
<< I can say I'm alittle confused as to how I'm an unfamilar company and
you're not? The company I'm dealing with owns the CD I think their familiar
and trustworthy. As for the wait - I don't have the resources to pre pay for
50 Cd's and wait for ppl to send me their money. I thought that running this
the same way as the shirts would
work well.
>> Sorry to have confused you...I didn't intend to dis the company that you're
seeking out to obtain these cd's, as I would never do such a thing {btw, I had
no idea that this co. was indeed the same co. that owns this cd}! I guess
what I meant by refering to this co. as 'unfamilar'...is that there's been a
number of people on this board who have expressed their hesitation with
ordering from various unreliable companies {i.e. Tunnel Records}...therefore I
just thought that perhaps I could ease their uncertainties by offering an
alternate source!
As to verify my reliability...three-fourths of this boards members have
participated in tons of trades with me, and keep returning for more! So, with
a cycle that repeats ...It speaks for itself! And like I've said, I never
intended to doubt any companies crudentials.
I'd like to say that I feel the both of us are doing nothing but good... WE'RE
BOTH INTERESTED IN HELPING OUT OTHERS!
Lot of luck with your cd findings!
Sincerely ~ Kay

considering that at last count (at least the last one that i can
recall off the top of my head ;-) ) there are approximately 2,000
listers on this list (give or take a few hundred ), this would
mean that you've traded with about 1,500 people! wow!

While attending a local record show this past weekend...we managed to pick up
'several' laminates on Melissa. These laminates originate from some where-
abouts in Canada. The ones we picked up are as follows; Congradulations on
Grammy Nominee for Bring Me Some Water, The Yes I Am lp compilation, 4 pics
from the I Want To...video {all tthe same pic, w/ME sitting on couch, Sam The
Record Man ad for Yes I Am, another 3 pic pose, and lastly, standing w/gutiar
wearing silver outfit.
I will be adding these one by one to my website during the course of one per
month or something simular to thereof. So if you're interested in checking
em' out, you know where I hang my pics! lol. I'm expecting to feature the
1st one by next week... hopefully.

In fact since this month is "The Book" for television
ratings..wouldn't it be wonderful if every ABC affiliate had
picketers this month? Yes, wishful thinking, I know no one
will ever stop watching an entire network.
Nonetheless...what a jerk!

I think overdoing things is all part of coming out for some people. There is
always the thought that somebody is going to reject this so your on guard from

God...your memory *is* going...don't you remember when we had the
discussion over the above lyric and someone (can't remember who)
thought MLE was singing, "...I gave my last cigarette to the mime who
had no name?" Oh, well...*I* remember it...and in JenWorld, what I

Uh, 53...and my age had nothing to do with it! T'was a newly discovered
beverage known as "Mike's Hard Lemonade" that kicked my lil' ol' butt!
(Well, that and the fact that I forgot that the % of alcohol by volume is
greater in CA than in the US...in the words of The Edgy One: OUCH.)
